Refunds

Ranking placement starts when payment confirms. Fees are for digital advertising / public ranking display. Being outbid is not a defect and is not refunded.

We do not offer voluntary refunds after placement starts, except where consumer law requires them (including any mandatory withdrawal rights that cannot be waived).

If two people pay for the same rank and only one can be applied, the other payment is refunded because the quote is no longer valid. That is not a penalty — the rank was taken.

Chargebacks may result in reversal of the associated placement. Contact hello@bestpet.fun.
